In this course, instead of being given schematics, we were told what the goal of the circuit was, then to build it how we saw fit.
This is just a cleaned up version of the redlight/green light circuit from MC 1
If I remember correctly, in this circuit, there is a red light when the fan is off and a green light when the fan is on. There are two timers there that loop with each other, so the fan will be on for a few seconds, then off for a few seconds, then repeat.
